DESCRIPTION: The project is a beach resort which is well located in the fabulous scenery of Delma Island. It consists of 20 suites, restaurant, swimming pool area, playing courts and other facilities ECOBUILD  worked with involved sector in the design and construction stages to maintain all pearl One Estidama criteria promoting the client's interest in sustainability & energy savings. Optimum walls and roof insulation enhanced fresh air requirement and low-flow water fixtures were used to reduce domestic water and energy consumption.
